Sure, it is the SFR1M44 DU26 reference.
I changed it recently for a Zulu SCSI drive that is much better : it replaces the floppy and plugs into internal SCSI port, it allows me to use a 64gb SD card. Way better !

Could you let me know the model number of the Gotek device that will fit in place of the floppy drive for USB flash drive support. That would be nice to have. I finally got a Windows XP laptop running and ran the rescue program to no avail. I will try a local repair company, and if they cannot fix it, I will send the unit to Pro-AVS. Thanks for your assistance and good ideas.

You can also use Oracle VirtualBox (with a modern computer) to access the Multistation. It works quite well.
There are also many other possibilities :
I replaced the floppy drive by a Gotek, which does allow me to use an USB drive, and also added a SCSI-to-SD adapter which is also really helpful.
If you can provide to me just a sample file, I'll be able to fully understand your need and adapt the tool ; to be honest, it's quite easy to deal with the Path File Format.

I will work on getting a patch for you to look at. At the moment, I'm trying to install Windows XP on an old computer, so that I can use the USB File Explorer.

OK, sounds easy to implement. Do you have a patch file that can be sent to me? I, ll look into it and check it?
Than I'll adapt the program to your need.

I have three Multistations - an M2, one working MS-X, and one MS-X that just stopped working. I use them in my touring show.

My patches consist of a MIDI file with only patch changes to two external FX processors (Roland VF-1). This MIDI file is synced with a single mp3 file which is my backing track.

It would be nice to be able to make these patches in a program such as yours rather than going through the multiple steps for each one within the Multistation.

My use case may be a bit different than what you are building, but your design seems very versatile.

Which feature would you need? The program actually has 2 big features : build patches from Midi files (with output, midi, sfx assignation) and building patches from external synth preset list (with program change, and midi assignation)

Hello !
I did developped a few tools to help me create patches for the Multistation. They were basically console programs and not really mainstream.

Now, I completed a first friendly version with a nice UI (PC only, Windows 10 and up).

For now, the program is able to create MIDI playlists from your computer. You can choose the MIDI and AUDIO routings, set Effects, and a few other options.
It's quite handful for me because I have tons of MIDI files (mostly from 80/90' video games) and I'm building playlists.

Do some people have still any interest about that kind of stuff ?
